Our staff of twelve people includes eight full-time maintenance personnel that specialize in the repair of plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc., enabling us to respond quickly to maintenance needs. We offer a 24-hour maintenance service to ensure prompt response to emergencies.

Management Associates, Inc. offers direct payment of all your obligations concerning the rental property including mortgage payments, property taxes, utility bills, association dues, etc., and will direct deposit your rental proceeds monthly if you so desire. We utilize state-of-the-art property management/accounting software to provide monthly and yearly statements.
